Interaction of antioxidants and free radicals in the skin

Detection of antioxidants in the skin after topical or systemic application, determination of the kinetics of antioxidants in human skin after application of exogenous stress factors, characterization of topically and systemically applied substances (e. g., extracts of herbs, fruit and vegetables) concerning their protection efficiency against the action of free radicals in the skin, determination of the interaction of natural antioxidants of human skin with topically or systemically applied antioxidant substances, protection of sunscreens against radical formation in human skin subsequent to irradiation in different spectral ranges.
